Sun doesn’t hit the pool area until late morning!!! Rooms lack soundproofing and appear outdated!!! Shower temperature fluctuates annoyingly!!! The beach can be stressful with rough waves and occasional emptiness despite the prime location!!!

The culinary experience at Park Royal was a highlight! The homemade tiramisu at the Italian restaurant had a delightful Bailey’s twist that truly elevated dessert time. The seafood restaurant served a whole baked fish that was pure heaven. Plus, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel like VIPs!

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the great beach access, rooftop pool, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped with currency tips, which I still remember. Highly recommend this for a romantic escape!

The Deluxe Ocean Front rooms offer impressive views of the Pacific, making every sunset a visual treat. Additionally, the outdoor space features sprawling bars and lounges that elevate the relaxation experience while soaking in the vibrant scenery.

Unfortunately, the food consistently came out lukewarm, failing to hit the mark for flavors or freshness, requiring many orders to be sent back. The limited dining options were a letdown, with only two restaurants alongside a buffet, making meal choices feel repetitive. Bug bites were a nuisance during our stay. it seems the area could benefit from a pest control routine. Plus, the sole ATM on site was out of order for an extended period, forcing some guests to venture off-site to find one. Lastly, there were quite a few language barriers that hindered effective communication.

The hotel's description of being adults-only was misleading, as families and children were everywhere, ruining the tranquility we expected. The bathroom in our room was poorly maintained, with rust and a shower door that barely closed. Additionally, the dining options were subpar, especially the Italian restaurant, which consistently served bad food.

The family suite was spacious and had a stunning ocean view that made our mornings special. We loved the beach access and the relaxing outdoor pool area – perfect spots to unwind! Just a heads-up, some dining spots had a dress code that was a bit confusing.

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Park Royal. The breathtaking ocean views, friendly staff, and vibrant activities kept me entertained. However, some restaurant entries enforced inconsistent dress codes, which felt a bit off. Overall, a great experience in a lovely setting.

The beach was incredible,, we swam in it everyday and even went snorkeling on calm days! I gotta tell you about this bartender named Eduardo, he introduced us to some amazing drinks that now I can't get enough of!

It wasn't cheap,, but still acceptable for the experience.

This place was just a commendable fit for a temporary stay in Puerto Vallarta with fantastic value. The staff was amazing. Patrick kept the activities fun and engaging. Make sure to enjoy the rooftop for sunbathing since regular spots might not be sunny.
